The tested curriculum blends physical activity with skill development that enables girls to adapt to whatever comes their way. This co-ed program will introduce students to the sport of 极限飞盘 with a focus on Spirit of the Game. 终极是快节奏的, 非接触式, 与足球相似的自我裁判运动, basketball, 和足球. Teams score when a player catches the disc in the endzone after passing it from player to player. Spirit of the Game is a core element of Ultimate and refers to the importance of fun and fair play, 规则知识, 尊重队友和对手. Students will be taught to throw and catch the disc, as well as the basic rules of the sport.
